Conservation Overview 1Conservation Overview 2

The Bermuda Audubon Society takes a lead in two main areas of environmental conservation in Bermuda:

  • The preservation of open space and the restoration of native habitats, especially wetlands.
  • The provision of artificial nest boxes to help conserve our native Bluebirds and Longtails and the endemic Cahow.

The Society also funds research and advocates for the environment on a broad range of issues, particularly those relevant to our mission to conserve Bermuda's special birds and habitats.
